iVetSchool is a problem-based learning tool designed for the training of veterinary medical students. Its aim is to offer media-rich cases that closely simulate the real-life scenarios commonly encountered by veterinary students and practicing veterinarians.

The application was created collaboratively by Drs. Ann Rashmir-Raven and Matt Raven from Michigan State University, and Dr. Robert Linford from Mississippi State University, with notable contributions from Drs. Kent Ames and Rob Malinowski at Michigan State University, as well as other veterinary medical faculty members from Michigan State University, Mississippi State University, and Ohio State University, in partnership with Venturit, Inc., and Information Technology Services at Mississippi State University.

The case studies within the app were developed by veterinary faculty members who have demonstrated excellence in teaching large animal medicine and surgery and have played a pivotal role in the app's development.

This project was made feasible through funding provided by the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Higher Education Challenge Grant Program.
